left over from sandy. there is an energy in the upper atmosphere but you can see a little bit of circulation from sandy. light rain showers could make their way to baltimore in the western suburbs and snow will be falling in the mountains. not too much accumulation and a lot of that will be mixed with rain. close to 30 inches of -- the mountains are only in the upper 30's and baltimore with a high of 54 edit will be breezy and will feel colder. we dropped down into the 30's overnight with some clearing and we expect the winds to be breezy out of the west tomorrow. the high-temperature tomorrow will be 54 degrees and by saturday, 53 with breezy conditions and 55 on sunday and we turn our clocks early that morning so you get an extra hour of sleep and by monday, a new storm system could be forming and maybe that lenders. we will keep an eye on election day. >> good morning, it is kind of busy in terms of incidents. southbound 895, there is a disabled vehicle and they are blocking some lanes at the moment. avoid the delays by taking 95 to fort mchenry. washington boulevard and mo

at 15 miles per hour. that expectation will flow. here it is. can you believe the energy of this super storm? eastern portions of it, of course, the hurricane, tropical elements, 9" of rain in delaware. western portions, more of a nor'easter, 9" of snow at least in west virginia and expecting potentially another foot. there's the rain and the snow that is still happening. here is the movement. right now you can see tuesday morning, the center of low pressu pressure. by tonight we're going to see it move and be in only western new york. by tomorrow, it looks from western pennsylvania just -- you can see just west of new york around toronto. so very slow to move. so even by wednesday and into thursday, new york and washington have 25 and 35-mile-per-hour wind gusts. so still a potent storm. the difficulty with this destruction, trying to clean up. this hurricane did not come in and go with certainly not a one-day quick hitter. we'll be doling with it thursday and even into friday. from sandy hook to islip, certainly not the picture anymore. still 50s and 60s today dropping 10 to 15 miles

, there are hurricane force winds moving in. a lot of the energy will push westbound. some models want to take it into pennsylvania. if you just use your eyeballs to see what is happening, it is moving more westbound. it looks like northern delaware, northern maryland would be in the path of the storm unless it veers. that will track west through the northern suburbs bringing heavy rain. take a look at some of the graphics john collins has been busy putting together. you can see the offshore clouds and swirl. if it were not such a problem, if you could say it is gorgeous. it is an amazing storm system coming together. it has not transitioned fully from tropical to extra-tropical. we have been talking about how it will be a superstar. it is holding on to a lot of the tropical characteristics. it is starting to lose the wraparound convection. the higher clouds have diminished as it moves inland. still a powerful storm. these are the wind speeds. in the atlantic, the wind speeds died down. that is an estimate of where the eye was. it is racing ahead of the computer models. i think it is closer to
